About Robert Heist
An accomplished Chicago-area attorney with a professional focus in business law, Robert Heist holds a juris doctor from the John Marshall Law School and a master of business administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He also completed director education coursework at Harvard Business School, earning certificates in Making Corporate Boards More Effective, Audit Committees in a New Era of Governance, and Compensation Committees - New Challenges, New Solutions. Mr. Heist currently serves on the board of managers for the Milton Hershey School in Hershey, Pennsylvania, as well as the board of directors of the $13 billion Hershey Trust. He also serves on the board of the M.S. Hershey Foundation in Hershey, PA.
For the past 17 years, Robert Heist has served as owner and principal of R. Connor & Associates, a firm with offices in Chicago and its suburb of Lake Forest. R.
